We ordered the combination plate (steak, chicken, shrimp). The chicken was a bit too hard for my liking, but all the other meats were great. We got a sushi roll as well that was really good. The manager (owner?) was really nice, but our server wasn't the best. She seemed very rushed with us and would leave before we had a chance to ask her for anything. We couldn't find her to ask for more water or sauce and resorted to just flagging down another waiter. We were halfway done with our before we got what we wanted.

We were in Alameda for an events and we looked for a Japaneses restaurant and found Shirasoni. We ordered a Shushi dish which was great. We never had hot (not spicy) Shishi dish and we just loved it. We also had a chicken dish and a combination dish chicken, meat and shrimp. I am giving the place 3 stars because the chicken was vary tough and not tender at all. Our waitress disappeared after serving the food and we did not get water and hot sauce until we almost finished our food. Other than that the setting is nice and it has a fun atmosphere.
